Delivery Policy
All orders for items that are in stock are dispatched within 1 working day within the states. All orders for items that are not currently held in our stock are dispatched within approximately 3-5 days. We deliver goods worldwide which can take 3 to 7 working days. The approximate time of shipment is checked individually on request.
Voucher code – Any voucher code given by a Dermal filler supply’s representative will be active for 6 months only. Once the 6 months has expired this will be non redeemable under any circumstances. You will be emailed your voucher code along with your expiry date by one of our staff so please be mindful of the expiry date. *THIS IS NON NONNEGOTIABLE*
You will be held responsible for any amendments made to deliveries should a package go missing or delivered outside of the expected time slot. These amendments include, but are not limited to, change of address, location or time slot.
Cold Chain Deliveries – You as the customer will be liable for any deliveries that fail, where the driver has attempted to deliver to the address stated, within the delivery service time frame.
NO EXCHANGES WILL BE ACCEPTED! We are not offering free exchanges to any customers. If you wish to exchange to another item / items your order will need to be refunded or have a voucher code and then place a new order.
Please note: YOU (the customer) are responsible for checking import regulations set by your country before placing your order and are liable for any import charges that are determined by your country. Please check with your local authorities for further information. Due to Brexit, some EU deliveries may be significantly delayed which are beyond our control.
COLD CHAIN ITEMS: Please note, we do not accept returns on any cold chain items unless faulty when delivered.
