is a product from the family of biostimulants, i.e. substances that stimulate the synthesis of our own collagen. Its properties are due to the composition, which consists of carboxymethylcellulose, which constitutes 70% of the preparation, and polycaprolactone particles evenly suspended in it (30%). Carboxymethylcellulose is responsible for the tissue filling effect visible immediately after the treatment. Medical polymer – polycaprolactone thanks to its perfectly smooth particle size > 20 ?m, after administration to the skin it is encapsulated. A framework is created for a mesh consisting of high-quality type I collagen that improves skin density. As a result of these processes, Ellanse is a treatment that not only fills the skin, but also restores its density and firmness. Full integration of the preparation with the extracellular matrix makes it virtually imperceptible, which allows you to achieve a natural-looking treatment effect – both at rest and when making facial expressions. Ellanse is safe and completely biodegradable, and no allergic reactions or granulomas are observed after its administration. Immediately after administering the preparation using a needle or cannula, we obtain a filling effect. After about a month, a partial disappearance of the obtained volume is observed, which is caused by the degradation of the carboxymethylcellulose solution contained in the preparation. In the following months, collagen is gradually synthesized, which not only causes the face to regain its lost volume, but also improves the quality of the skin.
